aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2313\"><p><span>Las galgas extensom\u00e9tricas de barras de refuerzo y de barra hermana consisten en un elemento sellado que contiene el alambre, que se desprende del concreto mediante un revestimiento de pl\u00e1stico.\u00a0Esto se une a dos tramos de barra de refuerzo, uno en cada extremo, que a su vez se utilizan para transferir la tensi\u00f3n de la estructura que se va a monitorear al medidor.\u00a0Estas extensiones de barras de refuerzo son lo suficientemente largas para asegurar la transferencia completa de la tensi\u00f3n dentro del concreto al medidor de tensi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span>El sensor se puede leer con cualquier lectura de cuerda vibrante disponible comercialmente y el termistor integrado permite registrar los datos de temperatura, lo que ayuda a evaluar las deformaciones inducidas t\u00e9rmicamente.\u00a0Al igual que con todos los instrumentos de cuerda vibrante, el uso de una se\u00f1al basada en frecuencia permite tramos largos de cable (de m\u00e1s de 1000 m) entre el instrumento y el punto de lectura o registrador de datos.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div estructura adecuado para pasar con precisi\u00f3n las cargas del concreto curado al medidor.\u00a0Las barras hermanas (de 12 mm de di\u00e1metro) se instalan junto con las longitudes existentes de barras de refuerzo dentro de la jaula.<\/span><\/p><p><span>Las galgas extensom\u00e9tricas y las barras hermanas se instalan generalmente en pares dentro de la estructura a cada lado del eje neutro, de modo que los movimientos de flexi\u00f3n se puedan separar de las cargas axiales.<\/span><\/p><p><span>Los cables de los medidores se llevan de manera conveniente a un punto de lectura o registro de datos.\u00a0Se debe tener cuidado para garantizar que no se produzcan da\u00f1os durante el pilotes de hormig\u00f3n, estructuras de hormig\u00f3n en masa, diafragma y muros de lechada, cajones y pilotes de hormig\u00f3n moldeados in situ.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span>Las galgas extensom\u00e9tricas de barra de refuerzo de alambre vibrante y de barra hermana miden la deformaci\u00f3n en concreto y constan de un conjunto de bobina y un elemento de alambre vibrante con extensiones de barra de refuerzo en cada extremo.\u00a0Los medidores de deformaci\u00f3n de barras de refuerzo se sueldan a la jaula de refuerzo y deben coincidir con el tama\u00f1o y grado de la barra de refuerzo que forma la jaula.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span>Las barras hermanas se instalan junto con los tramos existentes de barras de refuerzo dentro de la jaula.\u00a0Ambos tipos de galgas extensom\u00e9tricas son extremadamente robustos, fiables e impermeables.\u00a0Los medidores se pueden leer de forma individual o remota \/ autom\u00e1tica como parte de un sistema de recopilaci\u00f3n de datos.\u00a0Un cable blindado de cuatro n\u00facleos instalado de f\u00e1brica conecta la bobina a la unidad de lectura.\u00a0La galga extensom\u00e9trica de barras de refuerzo
